Dorismar began working in Argentina and then relocated to Miami. Dorismar was selected to represent the Sexy Ladies of Latin TV on the cover of Playboy in March 2003. Dorismar has been the premier hostess of the Univision Network, which in the United States is the largest Spanish language television network. She hosts the show Caliente and has done so since 2000. Dorismar's image has been part of a numerous amount of advertising campaigns and she recently began to sing regional music in Mexico. Just recently she recorded her first CD in Los Angeles California.
Dorismar's Measurements
Bust: 100 cm (approximately 39.37 in)

Hips: 90 cm (approximately 35.4 in)

Dorismar posed in several provocative posters distributed throughout Mexico aimed at protecting sea turtles which are endangered. People believe their eggs are a source of virility and have killed and captured many sea turtles. Some adds stated: "My man does not need turtle eggs because he knows that they don't make him more potent," and ""Sea turtle eggs DO NOT increase sexual potency!" These ads drew some resistance from women's rights groups and several environmental groups did not participate in the campaign.
In 2006, Dorismar was abruptly deported in handcuffs by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with her husband and manager Alejandro (Alex) Schiff to Argentina where she was asserted to be an illegal alien in the United States. Dorismar's attorney challenged the effort claiming that her physical attributes place her in the unique category of an "alien of extraordinary ability", which would allow her to seek residency in the United States based on her talents.
