
Molly Sims was born to Jim and Dottie Sims and raised in rural Murray, Kentucky. Molly enrolled in Vanderbilt University for two years with aspirations of becoming a lawyer, however Molly dropped out in 1993 to pursue her passion, a career in modeling. While attending Vanderbilt, Molly was a member of the sorority Delta Delta Delta.
Molly quickly shot into the fashion limelight when she was selected as an official spokesmodel for Old Navy ads. The ads featured the the tag line "You gotta get this look!" Molly graced the Sports Illustrated "Swimsuit Issue"" in 2000, 2001, and 2006 as well as hosted the successful MTV's House of Style.
In the coveted 2006 issue of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Molly appeared in a photo wearing a 30 million dollar, extremely skimpy bikini made of diamonds. Molly is a perennial CoverGirl model.
As for acting, Molly appears in the Delinda Deline series Las Vegas on NBC. Molly is reported to have just recently got out of a six-year relationship with a man whom she was to mary. She has stated publicly that her and her man were at the point in the relationship where it was time to get married or go their separate ways, they chose their separate ways.
Molly also appeared in the 2006 movie The Benchwarmers.
